Shawny Le
Shawny Le is a North Idaho native and a graduate of Pepperdine University. Her background is in finance, where she spent years as a financial advisor specializing in compliance and broker supervision. During that time, she noticed a common thread among clients who built lasting wealth: they owned real estate. That realization sparked her own investment journey, leading her to study the market, attend real estate investment conferences, and eventually combine her financial expertise with a career in real estate. Today, she helps both investors evaluating returns and families relocating from out of state find the right fit.
A REALTOR® since 2019 and licensed in both Idaho and Washington, Shawny primarily works with locals, investors and clients relocating to the Inland Northwest. Many spend months or even years getting to know the region before making a purchase, and she believes there's no substitute for finding the right home in the right community. To support newcomers, she founded the "New to North Idaho" group and a women's real estate investment club. Beyond negotiating contracts, she's passionate about helping people build a life here by finding the neighborhood that feels like home, the quiet stretch of lake they'll return to every summer, and the community they'll become part of.
Being local shapes everything Shawny does. She knows the neighborhoods, the hidden restaurants worth the drive, and the quiet stretches of the Coeur d'Alene River that many visitors never discover. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, supports local public schools through the Excel Foundation, and served as a past PTA president. She is also a partner in the March in Montana Art Auction. When she's not working, she's usually spending time with her two children, one in high school and one in college, or planning her next adventure. Having traveled to 24 countries, she brings both a global perspective and a deep appreciation for the place she's always called home.
